Allcargo Logistics Limited acquisition of 30% stake of KWE held in Gati-Kintetsu Express Private Limited (“GKEPL”)

 This is to inform that Allcargo Logistics Limited (“Parent Company”) has signed the Share Purchase Agreement today March 27, 2023 with KWE-Kintetsu World Express (S) Pte Ltd and KWE Kintetsu Express (India) Private Limited (“KWE/KWE GROUP”) for acquisition of 30% stake of KWE held in Gati-Kintetsu Express Private Limited (“GKEPL”), material subsidiary Company.

Post completion of this transaction, Allcargo Logistics Limited will hold 30% stake and Gati Limited will continue to hold the existing 70% stake in GKEPL, the material subsidiary company.
