Sathavahana Ispat Limited received Oral Order of Hon'ble NCLT, Hyderabad Bench for Approval of Resolution Plan

 This is to inform that vide oral pronouncement of the Order, passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench (“NCLT”) u/s 31 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in I.A. No.1198 of 2022 in C.P. (IB) No.17/9/HDB/2020, the Resolution Plan submitted by Jindal Saw Limited (“JSL”) in the corporate insolvency resolution process of Sathavahana Ispat Limited (“Company”) has been approved by the NCLT.

Carysil Limited renews Contract with “KARRAN INC. USA” for supply of Quartz Kitchen Sink for value of ~ USD 68 million over the period of 5 years

L&T signs Agreement with McPhy for Electrolyzer Manufacturing
