Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd., an innovation-driven, global pharma company announced that it has been Great Place To Work® Certified™ in India.

The company received this certification basis a detailed workplace culture assessment by the Great Place to Work® based on their Trust Index© and Culture Audit Frameworks. The Trust Index Framework captures the employee feedback around the five key dimensions of Trust, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie, while the Culture Audit Framework captures design of people practices around Maximizing Human Potential, Values, Innovation for All, and Leadership Effectiveness. This certification is valid till February 2024.
